Summary: We enjoyed the cabin immensely-although the weather didn't cooperate the cabin was as comfortable as can be. I am a NWA native and this spot is a great location for getting to Fay-Spr-Rog.Very well equipped, stocked, clean and Leslie is great!

Summary: This is the second time we stayed at the property. We came back again because we absolutely loved it there. The location is perfect 10-15 mins from the campus and the area is beautiful! The cabin was the perfect size for 4 adults- had everything we needed. The front porch was a great place to hang out in the morning before we headed out for the day and also and night when we returned. I am hoping it will be available the next time we come up for a visit.

Summary: We traveled to Fayetteville to visit our daughter, she is a UARK student and we spent the weekend at this beautiful cabin in the perfect location, perfect environment and perfect weather. We arrived Friday and the cabin was ready for us, very cute and super clean. We found everything we needed, my husband and my two daughters had a great time, my husband cooked a great meal, thanks for having the grill at the beautiful backyard! We really had a great weekend and we hope to go back to ponderosa pas soon.
